Customers in Sprout are setup as a customer and a customer site. The customer is the billing entity.  The customer can have multiple delivery points, such as a franchise restaurant or a grocery chain with twenty locations, but receives the bills to one central location.  Customers should never be different legal entities.

The customer site is the only entry that can accept an actual order.  This is a delivery point, sometimes referred to as a ship to.  

Attributes, such as price level, automatically match the customer entry, but can be overridden at the customer site level.

Customer Listing Screen

The customer listing screen, under AR - Customers shows all the customers in the system.  Along the top are fields where the user can sort and filter for particular customers

In the top right the gear icon allows the user to turn off or on particular fields

This is saved per user and the settings are remembered.
