EDI, or electronic data interchange, is a catch all term used to refer to data being sent or received between Sprout and any other system.  This includes pricing feeds, invoice feeds, order feeds, invoice transmissions, etc.

Sprout integrates with many existing EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce, iTrade, Walmart Retail Link, and Zephyr.  Sprout has a built in AS2 server and can also intergrate with any system sending CSV or similar files.

Setting up a customer for EDI must initially setup by Anovys.  Once an initial connection is in place additional customer sites can be added by the user directly, but Anovys must configure the initial part in conjunction with your customer or vendor as well as their respective vendors.  Please open a ticket with support@anovys.com to get an EDI process started.
