The inventory staging system is used to move inventory, typically bulk/raw ingredients or packaging, to the location in a facility where they are needed.  The staging system calculates all components needed for the selected criteria and then gives the user a list showing what needs to be moved from storage bins to the production locations.  

The staging system shows the user the lots available, quantity of lots and where it is physically located in the building, when WMS is in use, allowing the selectors to quickly gather the product and create good records of lots used and movements of inventory.
