Printing Invoices

Once a sales order is complete an invoice is printed for the customer.  Sprout has multiple methods to print invoices.

Configuring Invoice Print Count

Some users need to print multiple invoices, this is often the case for deliveries that need a paper signature.  Sprout can automatically print multiple copies.  To set this visit System - Company Site.  Edit the company site and choose the copies to print.

Invoices with No Prices

For a customer that should get an invoice with no price, set the No Pricing On Invoice flag at the customer Accounting Info tab
