Once a pallet has reached the maximum quantity, or the production has ended for the day, the user will process the items through the vacuum cooler.

Current pallets that have not been processed through the vacuum cooler show here.  Pallets that have reached their maximum automatically calculate the weight based on the data transmitted from CPM.

The user then weights the pallet and enters the post vacuum cooled weight and complets the pallet.

This sends the pallet to the storage location defined under Company Site for post vacuum cooled pallets.

From here inventory can be moved as needed and used for fulfilling orders or as WIP in to finished goods.

Closing Partial Pallets

When a production cycle ends for the day there will be items on pallets that do not meet the full pallet threshold.  These can be closed as is.  Once the final case is on the pallet choose Complete Pallet.  The system will calculate the weight.  Once weighed enter the post weight and then clock Close Lot.

This will put the pallet into storage for future use.
