Inventory adjustments in Sprout can both reduce inventory as well as increase inventory.  This allows the user to adjust the system to match the physical reality.

Before using inventory adjustments, general ledger accounts must be created for the adjustment reasons to use.  More details on GL account creation can be found in the General Ledger documentation. This document assumes all GL accounts are created previously.
