The seeding station is used in Sprout to commission new lots.  This is typically the first step in any process that combines multiple inputs, such as soil, seeds, nutrients, containers, etc into a WIP (work in progress) that is further processed as a harvest into a new item.

The seeding station can be used both before seeding takes place to queue up jobs, or at the moment a seeded lot is created.
