Sprout includes a built-in visual routing system used to assign orders to delivery routes and drivers.

When a customer site has a default route and stop assigned, its orders are automatically placed on that route. Orders for customer sites without a default route appear in Unrouted Orders and can be manually assigned during routing. Orders can also be moved between routes at any time as needed.

Routing helps companies:

  • Organize deliveries by driver or truck
  • Group orders by geographic area
  • Plan delivery runs for the day
  • Prepare orders for loading and dispatch

Routing is typically performed after orders are entered and before warehouse picking begins.
