To add or modify drivers, go to:

System → Drivers

This screen displays all current drivers.

To add a new driver, select Create New Driver, enter the required information, and click Create.

External System IDs

External System IDs are used for third party routing software. They are not required for companies using Sprout’s built-in routing system. This topic is covered in separate documentation.
